The Lady at Old Stone Fort

$125.00

1906 was the year this bridge was built and it has been at its current home for the past 50+ years. There is a movement to tear down the bridge and build a new concrete bridge costing taxpayers over 5 million dollars. Needless to say, this small town is banding together to save this Lady at Old Stone Fort. The townspeople want the children for generations to be able to enjoy this “Lady” and to see the tedious work that someone did to make this bridge a piece of art. Our children will never value our history if we are always tearing it down.

8x8x 1.5 acrylic on wooden panel, framed in a black floater frame, ready to hang
